ABOUT TRAINING

The Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification, issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI®), is the most internationally recognized certification in the field of project management. Here you'll find various training and coaching options to learn and implement PMI® standards and pass the PMP® certification exam on your first attempt.

Attendees will receive a certificate for 35 hours of training valid with PMI®, eligible to take the PMP® exam or report PDUs for certification renewal. The diploma includes four months of access to an exam simulator with more than 600 PMP® certification exam-style questions.

OBJECTIVE

To provide attendees with the necessary knowledge to develop their activities in the Project Management environment, following the international standards of the Project Management Institute (PMI®) and in accordance with the parameters established in the PMBOK® 6th and 7th Editions. Additionally, to prepare each participant with sufficient information and simulation practices to enable them to successfully pass the PMP® certification exam and obtain their international certification.

FOR WHOM

Students, professionals, executives, and everyone involved in Project Management teams in Construction, Infrastructure, Technology, Metalworking, Transportation, Healthcare, and other areas will have the opportunity to access theoretical and practical information and examples to successfully pass the international certification exam, such as PMP®, and thus increase their competitiveness in the global labor market. During this process, they will consolidate their knowledge of best practices to achieve successful project development in their companies, under the international standards of PMI®.

METODOLOGY

In interactive spaces with in-person sessions in a Live Online classroom or with the help of technological tools (Zoom), videos, workshops, and the online certification exam simulator, students will have the opportunity to interact with internationally certified PMP® engineering professionals who will immerse them in the most internationally accepted Project Management model, accompanied by examples and cases applied to the business sector.

The training program outlines the requirements and procedures each attendee must follow to access the international PMP® certification process. It will give them access to supplementary study materials and, for four (4) months, an exam simulator with more than 600 standard questions that will allow them to gain clarity and familiarize themselves with the certification exam. It also includes monthly feedback prepared by expert PMP® professionals for four (4) months on the activities each student completes with the simulator.

CONTENIDOS
